Hoover
Hoover was named after the STLRR volunteers’ witnessed the way that he “sucked-up” treats left for him in the crate the day of his rescue from a high-kill animal shelter. After his rescue, Hoover blossomed in foster care where completed heartworm treatment and recovery. Now he has finally found forever love and care in his new family.
