Could you possibly walk away from a face like this?? Well, we couldn't either.
Poor Sadie was so scared and lonely in the shelter that we knew we had to find a way to get her out. We put out a call and a wonderful new foster home stepped up just in time to save her.
Now she's learning to trust and be happy again, and those sad eyes are beginning to shine once more.
She gets along beautifully with her new Labby foster brother and they like to play tug out in the backyard. We're betting it won't be long before Sadie forgets all about that scary shelter and will be ready for her very own forever home.
Sadie is about three years old, loves to go on walks and does great with children! She is completely potty trained. Sadie is one of our super affectionate dogs and she loves to climb in her foster parents lap for cuddles. She thinks she's a lap dog!
Although Sadie is very young she does have some arthritis in her knees. She is starting joint supplements and in typical Lab fashion has shown no signs of slowing down.
Come back to Sadie's page soon and often as we will tell you more about her character, and most importantly her hobbies.
